PARKING
Attendees are asked to park at Louisiana High School where a shuttle will take
them to and from the end of the bridge. (See map below).
Shuttles will take attendees to the end of the bridge, where they can walk across the new bridge to the ceremony. For those who are unable to walk, golf carts will be available for rides. For those in wheelchairs, please deliver these attendees to the intersection of US 54 and MO 79 in front of Ayerco, where there will be assistance. Overflow parking will be at the ball fields behind the school, and shuttles will provides rides before and after the ceremony for both locations.
FOOD VENDORS, ACTIVITY IN RIVERVIEW PARK
Take a stroll, take a selfie, take a bite!
Beginning at 5 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, the following food vendors from Pike County, Illinois AND Missouri will be set up in the park.
These include: Ambrosia Goods, Peacetree Farms, Dippin Dots, Eats and Treats
Parking will not be allowed in the park after 8 a.m. on Saturday.
Those wanting to access the park can bring lawn chairs.
Capture the "moment in history" and take a selfie at the overlook! The old bridge will soon be demolished, changing the landscape forever!

Abel’s Store on U.S. 54 and MO 79 in Louisiana will have an outdoor table of free Hunt’s pizza slices and a bottle of water available to those heading to the dedication ceremony.
